Terrible experience with these guys. Never did recieve my grill even after numerous emails and visits to the store. I am compelled to let everyone know who has not received their items to do a charge back with their bank to get their money back. Also, complain to stratford westfield and also to TRADING STANDARDS (Trading Standards will take it seriously). Omniore need to be shut down!
