I gave it a 1 ONLY because there is no ZERO. This wig looks like something for Halloween or a costume party. The quality is very poor and is NOT worth $117.00 It took them two months to process the order. They must've had to kill a cow to get this hair. It's horrible. China. I will NEVER order from them again. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Horrible customer service! It states in their policy that if you are NOT satisfied with the product they will offer you a refund!
1)the wig we chose was NOTHING like the picture..it really bad in person
2)my mom cannot use it it caused her to have some type of reaction
3)my mom is battling cancer and lost her hair and wanted a wig that would make her feel comfortable and confident so we chose this specific one and in person it’s yellow no contrast the colour is different the style is different and caused her a reaction
4) I’m have a hard time trying to speak to someone who will help me their rude and won’t offer me a full refund I paid $266 for a wig that is not ok if I’m not happy with your product you need to offer me a refund
5) they keep pushing off telling me they will offer me 10% wow such great service they should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people
6)now they won’t respond and I will be contacting my lawyer
7) it’s rude and disrespectful that people work in this industry and don’t offer full return and refund to the unsatisfactory of the product it’s also disgusting when I’m telling the other people of the struggle my mom is facing and no remorse no respect

I purchased a wig from this company a decade ago to cover a bad haircut, and it was awful—worse than cheap costume wigs! I paid around £150 and never received a refund despite my efforts. I'm shocked to see the site still operating and scamming others, especially those undergoing chemotherapy. I truly hope it gets shut down soon!
The wig I received was completely different from the picture. I asked for a return label but got no response. After multiple attempts, I involved my bank to dispute the charge. Eventually, the company provided a return address in China, but they tried to convince me to keep the wig. The return shipping cost was over $60, which I refused to pay for a product that wasn't what I ordered. I'm now considering reporting this company for their practices. Please, do not buy from them!
