when No one else could deliver, THEY DID.I did not know about this company in Netherlands before, but I was looking for some huuuge beachballs of good quality. I thought that would be kinda easy to find, but I realized very quickly - it wasn’t. UNTIL I found SHOSU! I love the quality of their product, the speed of delivery (even in another country!!) and fast costumer service. 5/5 Stars. Let’s go⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My package came to me, in a brown box which was soaking wet and the box it self that the beach ball was in was destroy, the paper work was wet, and everything fell apart. The company doesn't give you a deflated size and you think your getting a 35 inch size ball but it was 46 inches long! So its size is wrong. Then i return the ball, force to pay for shipping, when on there web site they state " Please note that free returns can only be used to return products purchased directly from SHOSU.nl" So they lied to me, and force me to pay for shipping when in fact right now, to return something over 4 pounds over seas is over $60! Not happy at all and its not worth buying from them.
It got here just fine, I was just not pleased about getting a tracking number sent to me when it was on its way. I had to ask for it. The product and the packaging was very nice. I just wish the info about the product had better cleaning tip. If it was not for the tracking and more written info on the product.This would have been a 5 stars. I will be making a new purchase when newer product comes available
One of two items had a small hole in it when it arrived. I suppose because of the damaged plastic foil packaging. It is careless to send inflatable items in thin plastic packaging instead of carton packaging. Or maybe a production failure, because it was a thin little hole, that I tried to repair with glue.
