They ensured that I received healthy, vibrant Shrimp on time & packaged so well they could of withstood a hurricane. Well done.
Shrimp came with in 24hrs as they said they would ordered 13 blue dream neocradinas and all was well and had really high grade colour even had 4 extra and ended up having 17 and I was amazed on how beautiful the packaging was it came with some food for the shrimp and a sticker a thank you note and some other bits and bobs over all brilliant I think I will definitely be coming back for more of there beautiful shrimpThanks shrimp cove!
Shrimps arrived safe and well packaged, I liked the fact that they were split into little bags, made the drip acclimation go smoother. I also appreciated the little gifts that came with the shrimps, I loved the little frog hat. I would definitely buy from Shrimp Cove again.
Who would have thought buying shrimp would be such a fun experience! The packaging with heat pack, wadding and extremely cute bits & bobs and freebies just made me smile - so lovely and the shrimp were healthy strong stunners - such a great experience would be happy to repurchase
The customer service was the best I've ever received, from any shop. The shrimp were beautiful. I ordered 10 and they went four berried females! All the shrimp arrived happy and healthy. The packaging was again the best I've ever received. Truly a special shop, who really show their love for their hobby and taking care of customers.
