Was meant to get new windows in my house. Expected to arrive at 8am, they arrived after 9am. They were particularly antagonistic and unfriendly from the start. When they requested entry one man in particular was not wearing a mask. When he was asked to wear one he said: "I do not wear a mask" when he was ask why he said "it was none of your bloody business" so we sent him away and got in touch with the site manager, who drove all the way from Edinburgh to tell us that "unfortunately, he's self employed." Absolutely terrible experience, I had to tear the house apart to sort all the house only to have to put it all back. You would have a more pleasant time grinding stones into sand and turning that into a window.
