From start to finish, I had the most professional team on board. The fitter and his two young lads were helpful, courteous and friendly. Apart from an excellent job fitting french doors would never have known they had been as any dust/debris had been hoovered up. Very respectful of my property. Delighted.
Efficient staff from Sidey. The team were hard working, polite and tidied up well as they went along. The team were also kind and thoughtful as I had a nasty virus when they were here and replaced the window in the bedroom first and tidied up there so that I could get to bed on returning from the doctors.
Fitter turned up on time fitted window. We asked him to leave the window facings in and out, as the shower room installers would have to remove tiles from the will around the window. The fitter left the outer facings but only when the shower room fitters came to fit those it was discovered that the insierts facing next the window were not left. The shower room fitter however sourced and fitted those.
From surveyors understanding our needs and getting measurements spot on to David doing the installation and the follow up to ensure any damage removing the old windows was rectified and we were pleased with the finished job. We were very happy with all the trades and their work.
The saleperson was patient and not at all pushy. We we able to take as much time as we needed to find the best solution.The installers came when they said they would and replaced our old windows quickly and with almost no damage to the interior walls, so we did not need any redecorating.Sidey were not the cheapest option we had, but the quality the end result was well worth paying a little extra for.
Needed 13 replacement windows to chapel house in a conservation area. The salesman was very patient and understanding. Work was carried out on the dates agreed, and the installation workmen were very professional and left no mess afterwards. Very happy with price and work done!
