I have had two Siemans VersiCharge units. The first one quit working within months. The second one ( which was replaced under warranty) had several issues. The face plate would fall off and the software does not communicate well with my cars. I have had 7 different EVs and 5 different charge units. but 4 different types. To give a quick comparison, Siemens was the worst performance. If fact it will not even charge a 2023 Tesla Y. For a company that has a good reputation, Siemans should be ashamed of itself for producing a product not fit for the consumer. One last comment . I tossed mine in the trash and will not purchase another Siemans
Be advised! Awful customer care with no loyalty to customers, despite their claims. Huge amount spent on 7 expensive top line appliances.Issue 1. £2000 wine fridge. 3 months past warranty, display LEDs failed. Senior manager refused to offer more than a 50% discount on part, but must use their repairer at £120 plus part!Issue 2. Main London showroom told us our devices would show screen animations (beautiful), so chose. None do!Issue 3. Same showroom told us our 2 ovens could cook with a steam setting. They can’t!Steer clear!
I hv taken service for gas stove. Technician always point out for replacement of sensor which cost Rs 8000/- After replacement, it work hardly for 2 mth. Many time worker to spoil stove more. Fade up of these people. I stay at kalina and purchase stove worth Rs 1lac fm S l marketing.
I bought an inox solo deepfreezer with digital screen from Siemens Turkey, which is still in guarantee.About 2 months ago, it started to change the degree on the screen repeatedly and while the temperature degree changes it makes a beep beep noice which continues 24 hours. At night it is a nightmare to hear that voice once in a 5 seconds. I am not even mentioning its effects on the food stored in the freezer!I called an authorized service via Siemens Turkey customer relations on November and they came to my house and checked all the possible reasons for this situation but could'nt find anything so the service wrote it to the factory. Today on 13.01.26 they called me back saying " it MİGHT havee been because of the electrical current and they cannot repair it nor give a new device, instead they offered me a deepfreezer with no screen on it." I told them that I paid for a one with digital screen and I want a new one with a screen also. Even though they cannot prove that the defect was because of the electricity, they consist that they cannot give me an equal device in return. @ Siemens if you cannot stand behind what you sell, why do you have guarantee policy which is of no use???
Why can’t I buy my product at the price quoted on the website. I want to purchase a microwave oven but Siemens don’t sell direct and there are specialist retailers they recommend. The stockist list is short and the everyday electrical appliance shops are not recognised when it come to the warranty. They’ll charge more than the listed price They appear surprised when you approach them to purchase just the microwave. They’ll then go off to get a quote. But the price is the one on the web site?Outside of these high end kitchen companies; if you're looking to purchase a siemens microwave or product, it will become harder. Why?

It is evident that a significant number of customers have encountered similar issues, which is clearly reflected in the volume and consistency of negative reviews.Despite repeated attempts to resolve matters amicably, Siemens Financial Services has demonstrated poor communication, lack of transparency, and inadequate complaint handling procedures. These failures have resulted in unnecessary distress, financial impact, and damage that could have been avoided with proper customer care.As a result, I am now submitting a formal complaint and escalating this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Financial Ombudsman Service. I will also be seeking appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and any financial or reputational harm caused by the company’s actions and omissions.Based on both my personal experience and the experiences of many other customers, the issues appear to be systemic rather than isolated. I believe this matter warrants regulatory review.
Siemans, you have a HUGE problem. Your representative, driving your branded AK19 truck acted like a complete asshat on the I94 from 4:15pm until 4:35pm. Tailgating, flipping me off and finally following me around my hometown until a red light separated us. Is this who you are as a company; unhinged and dangerous
