Awful service

Awful service, was tied into a 6month subscription which was very misleading when I originally bought my first box and did not realise I was signing into a six-month contract that I could not cancel without being charged £50 per box which I did not agree to. I had to wait six months to cancel my subscription. I’ve kept all my packaging and all the original products to be able to send all the products back to the warehouse as stated in their policy online. I have sent five emails and six Instagram messages with zero response, from this company I have now reached my six month period and I have cancelled my subscription online and I am closing my bank account that the subscription is set up with and hoping that this breaks the chain. The jewellery is nowhere near worth £50.

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! These people are approaching young girls on tik tok to be so called “silk in me ambassadors” However, it’s impossible to cancel the subscription. My daughter is being charged £12.99 for “postage” of 2 pieces of unwanted jewellery every month. The ambassadors have been lured in, but didn’t realise they had to be under the subscription for 6 months. (If they cancel beforehand they have to give back all pieces of jewellery) Well unfortunately, the quality of the pieces are so bad, a few have broken. So we waited the 6 months and now tried to cancel but it says to email them to confirm cancellation……. Well we’ve sent probably 25 emails and not one has been relied too!!!! Yet every single day they are trying to take £12.99 out of my daughter’s account. This is discusting. Very irritating and a total fraud company, who promise you a lot and you get nothing but grief. We are still yet to sort this out. No sign of any cancellation. Trading standards will be the next port of call. Do not touch this company

Scam!! Won’t cancel my Membership!!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve sent about 15 emails trying to cancel and they will not reply. Absolute scam. Get your details and won’t stop charging my card so at this point I feel like the only option is to cancel my account. I’m furious at the lack of response. And there is no other way of contacting them or cancelling on the website!!! Worst decision ever.

IMPOSSIBLE to cancel

This company deserves 0 stars. They sought me out on social media and from my research, they seemed like a decent company. They offered me a subscription to their jewellery as an ambassador where the box would be "free" each month and I'd only have to pay the £4.99 delivery charge. Their FAQs state that you can cancel anytime, but as an ambassador, if you cancel before 6 months of the subscription, you'd have to return your jewellery. I thought I'd try it out. £30 for 6 months wouldn't be so bad, and if the jewellery was horrible, I'd cancel early any return it all. Well, they trapped me in their scam. My second month's delivery was £12.99. I went on their website which states that delivery can range from £7-14 which is inconsistent with the £4.99 I paid for my first month. Then, month 3 was also £12.99. I wasn't happy about this because I was only 3 months in and already at £29. I contacted them about canceling. They said I couldn't. I produced the screen shot from their own FAQs which said I could cancel if I returned my jewellery which I was happy to do. Even with the screen shot as proof they insisted I couldn’t cancel before 6 months and would not give me an address to return my jewellery to. I ended up contacting my credit card company who put a block on the charge. They continue to charge me every month (always £12.99) and continue to send me jewellery. Now, 7 months in, I’ve contacted them again about canceling. I have had no response. They claim that I still need to return EVERYTHING but are not responding with where to return it and how to actually cancel. DON’T SIGN UP FOR THIS SUBSCRIPTION. They will hold it over you for the rest of your life! I don’t even know what to do now. I don’t want their jewellery and I don’t want to be bound to them forever.

Untrustworthy- Do not recommend, scam type offer

Untrustworthy, I received an offer as an ambassador and stupidly signed up, was then persistently emailed about it being a limited offer etc, so gave my details, was told had to pay postage of £4.99, The 2nd month it increased to £12.99 queried this and was told in t&cs it stated postage can be anything from £4.99 to £12.99 and obviously ever since it’s been £12.99, I then emailed regarding cancellation and was told couldn’t cancel for the first 6 months or would have to send back items received, so accepted I should have not been taken in at the start, and decided to see out the 6 months, The pieces are ok, not particularly items I would wear and definitely not worth £50 each time, I’ve only received 2 boxes out of the 6, have queried with both silk on me and Royal Mail and have requested evidence, awaiting reply’s from bothKnowing the 6 months finished in Nov have gone onto account to cancel and still states I have to return items that I have paid for? I have emailed regarding this as seems completely unreasonable, as they wont be refunding the money I’ve paid? With this model you can then never cancel and would be expected to now £50 per month for 2 pieces of costume style jewellery which is on par with what can be purchased in high street stores, especially in the current financial climate,I will also speak to bank regarding this matter Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

SCAM company

The jewellery pieces are beautiful HOWEVER, since I've wanted to cancel my subscription, one cannot do it on your online account, it says contact Customer Services. I've been emailing for 2 months to cancel my subscription with absolutely no acknowledgement. They have still been taking money from my bank account, which is disgusting. I haven't received any packages for the last two payments that have been taken.

Silk on me is a SCAM

Silk on me is a SCAM! Do NOT sign up to become an ambassador: you will not receive all the boxes, but you have to pay at least 6 months of deliveries, and if you EVER want to cancel they tell you to send back ALL the jewerly!! They also don't reply to your emails about cancelling your subscription but keep your automated payment... Absolute scam (I'm reporting them)
