This is one of the most frustrating websites I have ever encountered. We purchased a session as a birthday gift for November—a voucher at a discounted price. It took us more than 10 minutes to locate a page to book a time slot, only to find out that it had already been redeemed and we were unable to schedule a session. Additionally, we have not received a refund. This is a truly disappointing experience.
The support team provided outstanding assistance. I arranged this for my wife, who unfortunately suffered a serious injury. Despite exceeding the booking terms, the team went above and beyond to help us, delivering a highly professional service that I cannot fault. Thank you!
I accidentally deleted my confirmation email for my tickets to an event. The support team was fantastic, finding my order and emailing me back with the information within 24 hours. Great service! I also visited the venue and participated in a racing experience, which was excellent.
As someone with a disability who can only walk short distances, I bought tickets for an event for the first time. I found them on a platform and bought them for myself and my son without considering parking. After some thought, I couldn't find where to buy disabled parking on the event's site. I reached out to customer support for assistance with purchasing disabled parking. The next day, I received a response indicating they couldn't help and advised me to read the terms and conditions. I explained my condition and requested assistance again, but I received another reply stating they couldn't help since I purchased tickets from a third-party site. I understand that, but I still needed to know if I could buy parking separately. Very unhelpful.
Initially, we faced issues booking our event package over the weekend, as the system repeatedly rejected our payment method, which was frustrating. However, I used the contact form to request a call, and on Monday morning, I was contacted by a representative. As first-time attendees, we received helpful advice and recommendations, leading us to book a package that suited us perfectly. The only downside is the wait until July! Many thanks to the representative, and we look forward to the event in 2026.
