Would give this place a no star if I could. Out of 10 trips and Thousands of dollars I can give an honest review. First the rooms are nice and the buffett good, but they are way over priced. The slots are set to almost no payout odds at all. I would find me another place to go if your not looking to be cheated.

FB advertised Arkansas residents receive $1500 bonus first sign in yet directed me to a diff site which required a register to receive bonus, a site which requires electric bill, id photo,credit card form and never has allowed me to use Southland casino and my money is hostage.
Hello my name is Sedric Hines I went to Southland Casino steakhouse to take my wife on a special date the view was nice but the server and food we had was burnt and cold, we had water but no refills on the drinks the server spent to much time not tending to use where the other servers had to help the manager just walked around without showing any compassion for the poor service I love that casino but please stay away from the steak house
Thank God for the woman that works the front desk(Ms Bernarshae) My husband was dog tired and lost his room key. So, he couldn’t bring our luggage to the room. He asked for assistance from Ms Bernarshae and without her help he would have had to go back to the car to find his room key. So, thank god for her and we appreciate her being so helpful.
Review on southland online casino .. I've never gone through so much to verify my identity. & I still can't cash out my winnings . They strongly encourage you to use crypto.They took a picture of my driver's license, along with a picture of my credit card & a picture of me. I did all the steps & was approved! & accepted. They tell me I have to send all that information to them by email when they already have the information.
