They told me the pic I chose wouldn't work which I understood. So they told me to send them different ones which I did. Then they told me to pick one. And I just gave up cause it was just back and forth. So I told them to cancel it and now they won't even back to me.
I just wanted to cancel so I could just get a pre made case on their website. I need a case before my new phone Comes in. Now I am still waiting. My order is on hold and they dont have anything to cancel it.
The latest phone case I purchased almost 7 months ago had a small crack in the camera shutter area. I emailed Casetify regarding my concern and they replied right away. It did not even took an hour and they had resolved my concern right away. No other complicated things asked, they just had my case replaced with no cost at all. I am so happy! Thank you Casetify!
I received the case with a green stain. It costs €67, which is unacceptable for such poor quality, and the after-sales service is nonexistent. Avoid buying this brand

The designs are really cute, but unfortunately the quality does not match the price. After only about two months of normal use, the printed design on my phone case started peeling and rubbing off. For a premium-priced case marketed as durable with a “100% customer satisfaction guarantee,” this is very disappointing.
When I contacted customer service, I was told this was considered normal wear and tear and no meaningful resolution was offered. At this price point, I would expect much better quality and customer support. I wanted to love this brand, but I wouldn’t repurchase unless the durability and warranty support improve.
Purchased a case for my daughter for Christmas and 3 weeks later the jaguar print started coming off. She reached out go them and they told her it wasn’t covered that it was normal wear and tear …. She is an 18 year old college student not a construction worker lol . @$60 price point it should not peel off with in 3 weeks of going in and out of a pocket. Terrinble customer service… I would understand if it was $6 off of ebay or something.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I ordered a custom phone case using my own original illustration, which does not include any trademarks, copyrighted characters, brand logos, or third-party IP. Despite this, my order was suddenly put on hold and flagged as a potential IP infringement, without any specific explanation of what exactly was considered problematic.
The notification I received listed very broad categories (such as “artwork” or “fictional characters”) without identifying any actual infringement. This makes it impossible for artists and independent creators to understand or comply with your guidelines.
As an illustrator, this feels unfair and dismissive. If original artwork can be rejected without clear reasoning, it seriously undermines the purpose of offering a “custom design” service in the first place.
I would expect:
• Clear and specific explanations when an order is rejected
• Transparent IP review standards
• Respect for original creators and their work
Until this process becomes clearer and more artist-friendly, I cannot recommend CASETiFY to other creators.
€70 case. Peeling after 2 days. Support says it’s “normal wear and tear” and not covered by the warranty. Decide for yourself what kind of quality that is. For me, it’s just a big scam — no customer care whatsoever.
Thinking I was going to get a new foldable phone I ordered three cases. I got the phone and decided I didn't like it and returned it. I didn't need the cases now and the return process was smooth and trouble-free.
Always had a great experience over the years with Casetify impact cases. Though they’re expensive, they are superior to the majority of the cases out there. I love the endless combos of custom design and arty inspired designs too. I tend to upgrade my iPhones every 2/3 years and I haven’t damaged one yet when it’s been in an impact case.
