The delivery took longer than expected. The color is not as depicted in the images. The heating component is oversized and doesn't fit properly. The sleeves are not quite right, being shorter in the front than in the back. Overall, the price is too high for the quality received.
Easy to use website. Product Description helps alot. Size Chart is on point. I received my products and was completely satisfied with my purchase. The materials for each of the four dresses i got exceeded my expectations. Each dress has it unique style. One Small thing i did not like on one of the dresses (the shirt dress - white with brown floral) is that the sleeve is too short for my arms. it doesnt reach my to cover my wrist. i will have to wear an extra sleeve. BUT all in all, very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be buying again InshaAllah.
They committed to alter my dress before shipping, and they didn't. I had to sent them plenty of emails in order to receive my dress on time I ordered on 18th Oct received and received on 30th October, they take more than 24 hours to get back to you.
