I wanted to share my experience with watchrepair.net, and conversations I’ve had with Jeff Herman, the owner. It turned out to be a great experience. I sent my watch securely. I was given a quote to repair it. It was repaired within the designated time and shipped back securely in excellent condition. I had taken my watch to a local jeweler who completely ruined it. When I got it back. It was in two pieces had missing screws and needed a minute pinion. The cap was broken off. I tried other jewelers locally who wouldn’t touch it. I sent it to Rolex, they wouldn’t touch it. Jeff did an excellent job. His team communicated well. I had real trust issues in the beginning but now I’m a fan thank you Jeff and watch repair team.
I contacted them via their webpage about an Omega planet ocean chronograph repair. They charged my card for to and from shipping and told me that they would send a pelican case to ship it to them. The case never arrived and after 3 months of waiting they called asking for credit card info so they could ship a pelican case to me. I declined. Today (3 months later). They are charging my card again for shipping. I am now involved in a transaction dispute with them for their fraud. No way, am I going to send a $13,000 watch to them if they can't get billing correct for 3 months, then double charge me without consent. If you can't get THAT right, what the h3ll are you going to do to my watch, let alone will it even be MY watch when I get it back? Even then, THAT is considering that I would even get it back ever.
As a new customer I was initially concerned about the company and felt it important to do some investigation prior to sending off the watch.I first reviewed their online videos. After that I spoke with Jeff. My conversation with Jeff validated the videos, process, and reliability; I felt better about my choice. My decision was made, and I sent off the watch.Jeff kept me informed of the repair status throughout the process. The pricing never changed from the initial estimate save for a replacement dial I elected to add. The watch came back looking terrific.Jeff and team are very professional. I will recommend them to several friends who are Rolex owners and look forward to additional business.

The watch was sent back to them and was promptly re-serviced and returned to me in perfect operating like new condition. Very satisfied with the service. Better shipping security that the Rolex Service Center in Texas. Fully explained the what and why of needed repairs, provided estimate of costs and time required. No hidden costs or surprises. Same warranty as Rolex but end item repaired price estimate $400 or more less than Rolex. My Rolex submariner is like new, not a scratch, and timing exact. Returned with tracker insuring receipt, all inclusive of the original estimate. I would recommend this company.
WatchRepair replaced the crystal in my Rolex, due to my accidental breaking of it, and also did the full cleaning and maintenance. They did an outstanding job and kept me informed as the work progressed. GREAT JOB AND GREAT FOLKS..
Everything was great. The initial WatchPAk and the updates/communication and most importantly the finished product. My 13 year old watch looks brand new! I have Rolex Milguass that I will surely send to Jeff and crew when it needs servicing in a couple years. I paid for the job yesterday and had the watch back the next day! Top service and good price. Big thumbs up.
I have a 30-year-old Submariner that was in need to repair. I sent it to Jeff and the communication was excellent. The price was fantastic (about half of what Rolex wanted). More importantly the quality of the service was out of this world and unlike Rolex it comes with a year warranty. If I am alive when it comes time for the next service Jeff’s company will be doing it. I can’t recommend enough
