Cindy was amazing and got me the frames I truly desired! It was a frame that was very hard to find, and I was skeptical about buying online for a limited frame but Cindy made it happen! She was a delight to work with and helped secure my frames and I couldn't be happier! It's taken me years to find the perfect frame so when I did I had to have them! Cindy helped by going the extra mile to call her supplier, following up quickly, getting my frames to me sooner than expected, and being an overall pleasure to speak with! After having an issue with my (perfect fit) rx frames,and having a couple of BAD experiences with the typical online eyewear games(Beware of mass sights owned by one company!!) And then I stumbled into SIMPLYEYEGLASSES (and cindy) which showed me true care in my problem, and seeking a solution for it...which she got busy and promptly did,came in on her day off just to make sure she had what she said and sent me an email. The real deal family business..hard to find. Thanks again
