I appreciate the selection of styles they have in their inventory but when I go to add options they make available to choose from, such as blue light protection for an extra $20, my blue light better be on there! Otherwise I could've just paid $50 for some plain non non-prescription glasses. At that point you're ripping off customers & doing bad deals, not living up to the integrity of the what you wish to push forward with names you also tie to your products. Like the Tombogo glasses. I wanted to purchase some but now I'm skeptical because those are even more expensive than the ones I got. I can't imagine paying over $150 & not having the add-ons I selected be there when it's all said & done.

I've purchased my second lot of vooglam glasses after my 2 yrly eye test. I decided to go big in style and pairs, 1 x reading and 1 x long distance. My other pair that I had purchased 2yrs ago, has lasted. Once again the care and attention to detail that Vooglam gives as part of the service is off the chart. Sturdy bright orange delivery box abd once opened a sturdy box with a lovley glass pouch, pd measuring tool, paoerwork and it just oooozes luxury. I decided to order a glass case this time for an extra £4. They arrived as on time as stated. Love Love Love Love the glasses and having, anti glare, anti scratch and thined lense as extra cost in total absolutley fraction @ the price. As someone who has worn glasses for most of her life, paying hundreds of pounds for average glasses, quality etc, this is a no brainer. Vooglam is defitinley the real deal.
The glasses arrived and I loved the frames but the prescription was wrong despite me having uploaded a photo of my prescription. my only option to return was to send them back to china at my own expense ( £23 ) and then they would exchange or give me store credit ! That’s nearly half what i paid in the first place just to return glasses that were wrong due to their mistake .
I've been buying glasses for Vooglam since Jan 2025.The first two pairs that I bought was so easy to order it was child's play, but. To return is another story. I had to pay postage and packaging to return them back to China as they did not suit my face, even though I did try the online. No service in the UK or shops on the UK the alternative is to keep them or send them back and pay for the postage and packaging they were my options ❗So I eventually sent them back recorded delivery where they recorded number and received store credit.I purchased another pair which were perfect no issues there My brother made me compliment tell me they were really good glasses he would like a pair what does he have to do. So I do what was needed got the prescription etc etc etc Wrong lenses were put into the glasses need to return then I remembered the rigmarole I had to go through last time so I wasn't looking forward to that.So again they came back with You can return them but pay for the purchase and packaging.... Then I thought to myself no every time I do that I end up losing out. We can give you 30% off your next pair of glasses which basically means I pay a full 70% and still have the old glasses but I've got the wrong lenses in them or I can go for a full refund minus the prices in packaging back to China which is about £26 . So yes very easy process to order but an absolute nightmare for any repairs or returned be prepared to fork out probably the same amount you pay for the glasses or a good third of the price. Would I recommend ,probably not it's the aftercare service that lets them down .Once you remember that initial purchase and the price with all the varied discounts....but still a 1/5 for me
I red the reviews and picked up about how the return process was awful. "it shouldn't be a problem" I said to myself. "I've been wearing glasses most of my life, understand prescriptions and have ordered online before without issues" How WRONG I WAS!! they came today (I wanted something a bit funky) frames are ACE but the fact that the lenses make me sick and the minute I put them on I knew they were never going to work. They feel like a child playing with play doh have made them, no progression at all and all wrong. An absolute waste of £68. I'm not going to go through the stress of the returns as I have enough on my plate (death of mother, new job, new house) so if you're thinking of varifocals from Vooglam please be warned! I should have listened to the reviews and not taken the gamble
Do not buy, warning!!! if glasses are ok the company is fine but if you need to returnthem this is when it goes wrong. They give you an incorrect address who UPS said they could not find!!! after me paying ~£40 to return to china, Right now the spectacles are stuck in UPS china and Vooglam are not answering any of my emails, neither me nor UPS they are ignoring us both. I paid £169 for specs plus £40 UPS return. I have reported them to KLARNA who will hopefully help. Please do not waste your money !!!
