Review Time
I found a pair of frames I liked on another website, but SimplyEyeglasses didn't have them on their site. I emailed customer service and Cindy said they could get them for me from the manufacturer. I wanted to use SimplyEyeglasses because my daughter had a good experience with them. I called them the next day and Cindy patiently ordered the frames and my new lenses, and she waited while I emailed my prescription and made sure she had all the info they needed. I received my new glasses in 2 weeks and I love them. They're perfect. This company's customer service is the best.

Repeat client. Wonderful service center. Called me to inform me a part was broken on my frames (they are old, and preferred). I authorized a new part and repair, and have my fabulous glasses again! highly recommend this provider, based on my successful transactions and the quality of the work received. A+

For some reason theres been an issue with my lenses twice, where theyre weird to see out of. On the bright side returns are easy. (There is a return fee and return shipping fee but I just downgraded to cheaper lenses to make up for the difference in cost.) I picked frames that were too small too, so part of it is my fault, I may have messed up the pupil distance too which would make a difference in small frames, but when I got them again in a bigger size (by a couple mm) there was still an issue with the left lens being strange, sending them back again and they gave me a free label this time. Hope they get it right this time I included a copy of my prescription and my free masshealth glasses I got so they can compare the two and see whats wrong. I do like this companies customer service, they are friendly, American and returns and fixes are easy, its just unfortunate that I had an issue because I didnt want to rate them badly (I also didnt want to return them cuz it seems that would cost the company money), Im sure in the end it will turn out alright. First, SimplyEyeglasses is the source for the highest quality eyeglasses: Silhouette etc. frames, hi-tech lenses. Prices are good.Second, their service is personal and friendly. I fell mountain climbing, broke glasses. Got a new pair, best glasses ever, super clear vision. Puppy chews them up. I call SE, they send a new pair rush (one week!!!), no charge for my high end expensive lens, covered under "scratch warranty. Fantastic.
