I am extremely disappointed and angered by my experience with Singles50. I subscribed to a three-month plan, yet after only one month, the company attempted to debit my account for three times the original subscription amount.At no point during sign-up was there any clear disclosure of an automatic renewal — especially not at such an exorbitant rate. Once subscribed, it becomes evident that the platform is deliberately designed to conceal subscription details. You cannot view, manage, or cancel your subscription from your profile.The service itself is misleading. You are enticed into believing that a paid subscription will unlock meaningful features, only to discover there is virtually no improvement compared to the free version. The app is poorly built, unreliable, and offers little to no real value.What’s worse, Singles50 traps users by making cancellation impossible. You are told to email support to unsubscribe — yet no one responds while the company continues attempting to withdraw large, unauthorized amounts from your account.This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and borders on fraudulent. I demand immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full explanation for these deceptive practices.
Instead of simply closing an account if the subscription hasn't been paid, they threaten with collection services. Seriously? Just close the account if the subscriber is not interested to use your service any more and let them be!
They charging my card with no authorisation no way on their website websites that I can delete or cancel my membership I have emailed so many times and no explanation. Not clear the sign up is ongoing not clear how to cancel or delete very sneaky to get money
I subscribed on this site for a month and on the day the month expired I gave notice to cancel subscription. Needless to say they so blinded by their T&C's, I can't cancel as it's due for automatic renewal and j didn't gave notice in advance. Their customer service are not user-friendly at all and don't understand that I want to cancel due to unsatisfied and secondly the subscription trippeld.The people they match you with are really not what I expected it goes further than same interests.I just want my subscription canceled. Can that be so hard if I am not satisfied.In response to the comment of Lee. I already requested cancelation via the method mentioned by you. I want to cancel please I am not interested anymore.Thank you, yes there is a customer service agent attending to it however we are not making any progress. When I subscribed the price was different but then they debited almost R2000 from what the advertised. I didn't use the app much...after 3 months they deducted another R1700. So they lied about the subscription amount. So now they want to collect their debt. This app is fake...so please don't subscribe to the Singles50..
