my experience has been great everytime with sinsnlashes. their products are high quality and very effective and i’ve order their products many times! always been amazing and very happy with results and their products. i’d recommend them to anyone especially women/girls who might want to elevate their look.
This was second time ordering the sins and lashes serum and I did not receive it. I contacted sins and lashes customer service through email and they told me to wait for a month because the investigation takes longer. I stayed patient and waited for more than a month just for sins and lashes to tell me that they think my package was delivered and they won’t refund or reship me. I have never had such a bad experience. I will making a brief tiktok about this matter shortly. Do not buy from them or you will end up losing your money and getting scammed like me! :)
I just want to say thank you to Sinslashes Customer service. I was not able to pick up my order on time and it went back to Germany. Isabelle from Customer service was so kind and always returning my mails to give me information about my parcel and assuring me that they were going to return it as soon as they get it. That's what happened and they did their best to resend it as soon as it reached them. So if we are looking at the way they handle customer service I can only recommend them.

I have been patient, but the lack of response is unacceptable.Please confirm my refund within 48 hours, or I will be forced to take further action through: • Filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Spain) • Reporting the issue to DHL and local consumer protection agencies • Initiating a chargeback through my bank or credit card companyI expect this to be resolved immediately.
I ordered the Dream Hair Bundle, Eyelash Serum Duo, and Vanity Bag — but when my package arrived, the hair products had completely leaked, one of the serums was missing, and the vanity bag wasn’t even included.I emailed customer service straight away with everything explained and even followed up again after getting no reply. Still nothing.At this point, I just want a full refund for the missing and damaged items. The lack of communication is honestly unacceptable. I was excited to try this brand after seeing it on TikTok, but this has been such a letdown. Definitely not the experience I expected.
COMMANDE #341218 I never received my package, I’ve been mailing since 2 weeks and they haven’t answered any of my mails, it’s impossible to contact the company. I just want my money back. They are active on social media but they’re not working in customer service area, this company sucks.
I was impressed by all the great reviews for this serum but the truth is their customer service is non-existent. I never received my package and I sent proof of this to their customer service team and have not responded or even acknowledged my email. Very poor!
