AVOID at all costs! Wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. My lash serum arrived, started using it one night and the next morning I woke up with a big swollen eye. I got an infection which later on turned in more than 1 week infection very bad to both eyes. I immediately contacted customer service, told them about what just happened. They replied asking for photographic evidences just for informative purpose only. No one said anything about refund or anything like that. (Obv I did not need a refund as it wasn’t helping with the state of my eyes at all). I kindly asked them from the first email to share the ingredients used in the product so my doctor could acknowledge where this infection was coming from. They got back to me after a few days saying that maybe the products was applied too much and they suggesting to use less product. So they were basically giving me instructions on how to use it (very obvious I threw away their product the morning I woke up with my swollen eye). Non sense reply to my issue and avoiding my problem , once again not replying with the information I required(ingredients used in the serum). It has been more than a week now and they never got back to me. I find myself forced to proceed with legal actions against this company and I will do it for their negligence to their customers. In my opinion it is something very strange going on with their products because they failed to provide the list with the ingredients used only mentioning they use vitamins. Big lie. AVOID (and trust me on this, I never leave reviews and don’t waste my energy doing this sort of stuff)
Absolutely terrible customer service, I ordered a month before my daughters birthday as she was saying it’s all over TikTok, it got sent and stuck in customs as it was missing some paperwork from them, I emailed them 5 times and never got one response, hence to say it’s still stuck in customs, my daughter missed out on her birthday gift and if it ever turns up and is as good as promised I could never trust them again to make another purchase
