Something went wrong with my order. My order was never delivered and when I checked the tracer it said the package was being send back to Germany. I have no idea why! I have e mailed them and send them a message on instagram but they are not replying. Under their posts I have made multiple comments to answer my DM, but nothing. I placed my or their a month ago and I don’t have the product nor did they give me my moment back.
I am truly amazed. My lashes have grown so much. They dont fall out anymore and they have never been this full and long. I love this serum i really cant go without it. I really need to buy this for my brows as well so they can grow back. Thankyou so much i love it
I purchased a lash serum but later found that I no longer needed it. I contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund, but they failed to respond to any of my messages. As a result, I had to involve my bank. Could you please clarify what is happening with this situation?
