If I could give zero stars, I would! This has been the worst shopping experience I've had in years. I ordered shoes at the beginning of December, and they still haven't arrived. Now, I can't get a delivery date from the service or the postal service! It took two weeks just to get them into shipping! TOTAL SCAM! AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY! To make things worse, their only response is, 'We understand your frustration.' Spend a little extra for the quality and service you deserve!

I ordered on November 29th, 2025, and the shoes never arrived for Christmas. They still haven't shown up. They traveled from one location to another and now the tracking updates are inconsistent. This is clearly a SCAM, and I still haven't received my shoes. Stay away!
I was misled about shipping details and delivery timing. They used a third-party shipper along with the slowest delivery service. I'm still waiting for my item, which I ordered three weeks ago as a Christmas gift. There was no international shipping involved; I live in the U.S. If there were known delays, they should have used a reliable service as promised and been honest about shipping times. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting this site with a gift.
Deceitful and untrustworthy! They respond differently in emails compared to their public responses. I was told my refund would be processed once I confirmed my credit card details, but their email claimed it was through a payment platform I never used. Stop lying and do the right thing with refunds. It's frustrating to see the shoes I ordered still listed on their site!
