I was really looking forward to trying this wig, particularly because the color is stunning and very eye-catching. However, after receiving it and trying it on, I felt somewhat let down by the overall quality. The lace is quite stiff and lacks flexibility, making it challenging to achieve a natural look. The parting space is very limited, which restricts styling options significantly. Additionally, the density is thinner than I anticipated, and in person, the wig resembles more of a costume or party piece rather than a natural everyday option. That being said, I did my best to style it attractively, and I think it could still be suitable for short-term or occasional wear with some effort. However, considering the price and what many might expect from a quality wig, I personally wouldn't select this one again. I appreciate the chance to try the wig, but I feel there is substantial room for improvement in the lace quality, construction, and overall realism.
I ordered a wig from a website, and although their policy states that items can be returned within 15 days, the process has been very challenging. They require customers to contact support before returning an item, but despite multiple emails, I haven't received adequate assistance. The only option provided was a partial credit if I chose to keep the wig. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered two wigs from a company, and they took a long time to arrive. Both wigs had a terrible smell that was unbearable. One of them looked infested with lice. The hair was very dry and brittle. I reached out to the company with my complaints, but nobody responded. I can't believe they would send out wigs in such poor condition. I want a refund, and I have a picture of the one that looks awful.
