We arrived at Parkway with a VW E-up after buying it from elsewhere. We couldn't figure out how to get my mum designated Primary User so we couldnt use e-remote and it would only charge at nearly 4kwh instead of 7.2kw.Hayden (sp) is absolutely brilliant, my mum was set-up as primary user while he patiently waited for us to do our bit - which in all took about 20 minutes. Then we got home and found that in the app, it was set to charge at 16A so i changed it to 32A and we now get full charge speed.We will use this trustworthy garage again - They charged us nothing when we thought it would need full diagnostics and possibly parts.Thanks a million Hayden
