1 star is too much. These guys are absolute scam artists. I booked online and paid with a credit card. They didn't release the car when we went to pick it up as the driver was not the one with the credit card. Tried to extort more money by adding the owner of the credit card as an extra driver. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We did not get the booked car to rent and they still have not refunded my money. Luckily we walked straight into Budget who were brilliant and did not try any of the same scams so our holiday was not ruined. Would never use this firm again! And still trying to figure out how to get my money back from these crooks..

I felt completely let down! I paid for an in-terminal pick-up but ended up waiting for a bus in the freezing cold next to road works. I also encountered issues with the insurance. It's disheartening to have such a frustrating experience before a long drive ahead. They claim in-terminal service, but the reality is different. This was my worst experience.
