We got direct contact details for the drivers shortly before each pick up that allowed us to clarify the fine details of where our (quite hard to find!) airbnb was.

This service has severely disappointed us and is now attempting to charge an additional Euro 494 on top of the Euro 1092 we already paid, along with an extra Euro 430 for costs incurred. For our return transfer from Cervinia to Milan, we clearly stated our needs (including luggage) and indicated that a standard 8-seater van would be inadequate. However, they sent an 8-seater that could not accommodate both the passengers and luggage. After receiving no assistance, we had to rent an additional vehicle at the airport for Euro 430. The customer support was dismissive and offered no help, leaving us frustrated in the airport car park. The company now claims this situation is our fault due to baggage not meeting their terms, which is simply untrue. We even had one suitcase less than we initially specified and confirmed after booking. This experience has shown us that the service is unreliable, costly, and unsafe. There are more affordable alternatives that are likely to be better than this service.
This was our first experience with the service after a friend's recommendation, and we were thoroughly pleased. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and efficient, addressing real issues like flight delays and last-minute changes promptly. Fantastic service at a great value, what’s not to appreciate!
Our driver was on time and friendly. My daughter, who is pregnant, needed a bathroom break, which he accommodated, and we were grateful for that. However, it felt like the driver was in a hurry due to another commitment, needing to leave the airport by 8:30 am. Our flight was at 12:20, so we arrived at the airport a bit too early—4 hours ahead, which felt excessive. A bit more time in the morning before pickup would have been helpful. Thank you.
