My bank notified me of a $100 charge from this app today. I had a very short trial of this app over six months ago. The app was canceled via the App Store before the trial was over. So, here we are, six months later, and they have decided to charge me a subscription fee. This is completely out of compliance with Apple and it looks like Apple has since removed them from the App Store. Very shady tactics on the part of this company. I have requested a full refund, but we will see if they respond to it.

Cancellation Concerns and Review Prompts

It seems fine. I think I’ve cancelled it twice already, so I’m curious to see if I’ll be charged again. My main issue is that after each session, it prompts me to submit a review. If I skip it, I end up back at the recap. I managed to find a workaround, but it’s quite frustrating that it keeps pushing me to review the software. I’d prefer to use the app without interruptions.
