Never liked the app, used it for a month and canceled my subscription on my apple account but they kept trying to charge my credit card repeatedly which has caused me problems with my bank as the transactions have been flagged as fraudulent. Sent an email to them to address the situation and cancel my subscription but never heard from them and they continue to try my credit card. Very frustrating.
It is really a scam. First of all it will automatically subscribe you for Skillcast as soon as you subscribe to their app. Then they will dodge you about pricing. The content also very basic. No conversation with AI but a few tips that you can get from any AI agent.
I subscribed in February and unsubscribed, received confirmation email that I had unsubscribed. It’s now June and I have been charged every month since. Im not sure if it’s a scam but I’ve reached out to the company support and am waiting a response. 😢
