Review Time
Paid for one month subscription months ago, then cancelled before the one month had passed. Didnt mind how the app worked and what it entailed. Just found it wasnt for me which was the reason for cancelling. Then months later was charged 65$ on my card even when i had confirmation of cancellation.Avoid at all costs, no way to contact them also. Hoping i can get my refund in the end.
I cancelled my subscription and have been being charged still for 6 months even after writing to support. Writing to their support has no response. I have raised several disputes with my bank. These guys are absolute frauds, I can see this is a common complaint. They owe me well over $100usd.
This is a total scam. Very rudimentary information. They also charged me twice (for $59.99 and $89.99) despite my canceling within a couple of hours of starting the "trial." I don’t know how this developer is allowed to operate given the hundreds of negative reviews across Trustpilot, Reddit threads, Google Play discussions, etc., citing identical “instant-annual-charge” behavior. The developer, Vodelif Limited (Cyprus, HE 413352), masks its ownership through Headway Inc (Tortola, British Virgin Islands), an entity whose other products generate the same complaints. Headway Inc (via Skillsta and its other “products”) has effectively turned Apple’s in-app payments and Instagram’s ad targeting into a joint money-laundering conduit. Update 1: Skillsta’s “support” (only an email address) told me to seek a refund from Apple, saying they can't do anything because it was done through Apple’s App Store. Apple rejected my refund request likely because they did not want to take responsibility. Update 2: Further evidence that this is a criminal enterprise. Their “response” to me was saying they can refund me the $89.99 they charged automatically for an annual subscription if I did the following – and this is not a joke:“Could you please provide your banking details (account number, name, and SWIFT code of the bank) for the refund? Additionally, to comply with the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure required by the transacting bank, we kindly request you to provide your full name and registration address (including house number, street name, apartment number, city, state or province, postal code, and country). Please rest assured that this information will be used solely to fulfill the transacting bank's requirements for processing the payment.”Who in their right mind would provide this information to anyone, much less this money laundering outfit? So they will post here that they offered a refund when they know full well that they did anything but. If this company has conned you, please report them to Apple: reportphishing@apple[dot]com, andproduct-security@apple[dot]com.Update 3: After several exchanges over 10 days, the company agreed to send a refund via PayPal. So keep at it if you find yourself in the same situation.
After I subscribed for one month, I noticed that they charged me for three months. I tried to get a refund, but no one has responded until now. It feels like when a customer has a problem, it's just ignored and the money is taken. There’s no Android app available either. Honestly, this app feels like a scam. They seem to intentionally target people who are vulnerable or mentally unstable.
