I have serious concerns about this platform. Initially, shipping to my location wasn't available, but the seller responded quickly to resolve the issue, which made me think the website was just poorly designed. After that, when I attempted to order, I noticed my total cost increased after applying a discount code, even though I thought I would save money. This has made me hesitant to trust the seller, and I doubt my order would arrive. Additionally, the pricing displayed in an unfamiliar currency is confusing. When I raised my concerns, the quick replies stopped altogether.
The item arrived relatively quickly for an international shipment, but the packaging was subpar. It was crammed into a small cardboard box, which caused damage along the folds and left one end detached from the backing, making it unusable on my laptop. I contacted the company but have yet to receive a response.
