Received Expired Item with No Reply

On November 25, I received a fluid foundation corrector that expired the same day, which is unacceptable. I contacted the service and provided the requested pictures, but I have not received any further communication despite following up. It has now been over a week. Very disappointing customer service.

Mixed Feelings
