I must be honest the 50.00 to open the account was what attracted me to open an account and I thought same old. But I was totally wrong there are so many games to play. The staff are so very friendly and really helpful I had a problem on the first day I started, and had to ring the helpdesk, They were so helpful and nice,resolved my problem there and then, The only thing I can say is hurry peeps and join. Absolutely terrible site , repeat winners in every room , terrible chat hosts . I was playing a couple of years back and there was clearly cyber bullying going on and the chat hosts were joining in it was a few women against a man I couldn't stand it any longer I had to say something to them and it wasn't polite I reported all of them and the chat host and people were saying well done for sticking up for him when all the other people were too scared to say anything . Anyway back to the slots they have tweaked all the slots especially King Kong cash , before Christmas if u get the sleepy bonus and you get kong u are guaranteed to get the bonus but now nooo way I have complained countless times even reported them to the gaming board but sky always comes up with an excuse and don't answer the questions you ask , I was actually playing it today 100% bonus so I thought I'd have a go What a complete waste of money £40 gone 1 bonus , I managed to get 4 kongs and got empire free spins and I won all of 4 p , yes 4 pence . That done it for me I have now shut my account down and am still in touch with the gaming board and they are investigating this now . So if you are bored and want to play bingo or slots don't deposit on sky do a crossword or read a book it's more interesting and you are not giving money to the same winners or trying to win on slots as it will never ever happen

Slots have been dire all year and you see the same old names cropping up on the bingo winning each evening. Try the 75 ball bingo game after midnight, its a joke! Shame they don't take side bets on who will win - think I would be very rich now if they did. The free daily scratchcard has just gone, the free daily loyalty point scratchcard (well it's not exactly free because you have to spend £5) - well, I can tell you this .... they have reduced the gems and everyday all I ever win is 5 gems - yes - 5 gems! You cannot even trade this gems in unless you have about 500 of them. Waste of time and energy. They have also stopped the daily free access rooms where you used to spend a fiver on bingo tickets and have a party room the following evening. I have been on Opal level for over a year, been playing lots but never move up from Opal. They do have a free Opal level session each evening, but the prize money is dire - about £3 for a full house which goes into bingo bonus money - never won in there yet, been playing for years and still see the same old names cropping up.
i have tried every site on bingo and found sky to be the best i really enjoy it ,im not into chat but like to see whats going on,i play most every night but dont win except a few pounds but i dont gamble much per night but comes to alot,over the months what worries me that i see the same names coming up all the time,concerned its all a fix
