Despite my bank confirming the refund, the support team continually overlooked solutions, asking for screenshots, videos, and repeated verifications — none of which resolved the problem. I even earned additional credits (~$65), but it’s uncertain if I will ever be able to access them. Their customer service responses are scripted, contradictory, and unhelpful. Requests like “verify a payment method when your wallet covers the entire order” are illogical. Several senior representatives have informed me they cannot assist, leaving my funds locked. 🔹This experience highlights: • Wallet funds can be trapped indefinitely • Customer service is unable to resolve the issue • Automated risk controls prioritize the company over actual customers • Persistent follow-ups do not lead to a resolution 🔹I strongly advise anyone thinking of using the wallet or game credits: your money may be inaccessible, and their support will not assist you in retrieving it.

Misleading Shipping Practices

The app may suggest that you can make additional purchases without extra shipping fees. This is misleading. I experienced this and was charged shipping for an additional purchase without prior notice. It’s not about the $4; it’s about unfair business practices. After a week of back and forth, they insisted that even though the items were shipped together, they came from different warehouses. Where was the notification about that? They seemed uninterested.

Terrible Customer Support Experience

Terrible customer support. I faced a payment verification issue with a $300 order, even though the payment was fully processed from my bank. I was asked to submit proof of the payment, which I did, but their system claimed the images were insufficient. I reached out to customer service multiple times seeking help, but everyone seemed clueless or provided generic responses that indicated they didn’t understand my concern. After a week of this, I canceled my order. This was my first and last experience.

The Worst Shopping Experience

This is a lot to share... my entire experience has been awful. I ordered items and thought my order went through. Later, I saw a message indicating a 7-day validation period. I spoke to multiple representatives who just repeated the same information. This was frustrating as I needed the items by a certain date. I had to wait for the transaction to show up on my credit card to provide proof, but when I did, they claimed the document was insufficient. I’m extremely upset and doubt I’ll ever shop here again.

Consistent Wrong Items

Here’s a shocking twist: I ordered from them and received the wrong item. This has happened every single time. And what do I get for their mistakes? I have to waste my time returning items I never ordered. I don’t have time for this. I end up losing money because I can’t return the wrong item. If you enjoy paying full price for someone else’s mistakes, then shop here. Otherwise, save your time and money. Zero stars would be more appropriate.

Incomplete Order Experience

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes a week ago and only received 1 pair. I contacted support through various channels over 2 days, providing photos and a video of the package. Their repeated response was that they sent all 5 pairs. In short, I lost about $30. My advice: avoid this company; it’s a scam with terrible support.

Zero Trust in Customer Service

I wish I could give them zero stars. Never believe what their customer service tells you. It’s been more than two weeks, and I’m still dealing with their agents with no resolution. They charged me a shipping fee equal to the dress price and promised a refund, but it hasn’t happened. They refuse to refund my money the same way I paid, insisting on a method I don’t have. I contacted a consumer protection agency, but nothing changed. The agents keep giving conflicting information, making it seem like they’re from different companies. Be cautious with this service.

Issues with Returns and Discounts

I placed a large order for several dresses and returned them within the allowed time, keeping only one item. My return was unexpectedly discounted by $35. They claimed I no longer qualified for discounts on the dresses I returned. I didn’t keep any of them! I paid about $6.50 for the shrug after discount, but ended up paying over $40 for it. I always received the actual price paid for returns before. Despite discussing this with their support prior to returning the dresses, they still haven’t corrected the issue.
