Happy now in South Italy

I live in South Italy and needed advice on Skycards Eu, so I am able to watch sky sports. I already have a Now TV stick but no luck in watching anything. I spoke to Oli , who was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed and how to order on line.A very quick and easy solution, with expert help.Would recommend to anyone.

upgrade to SKY Q

I have been dealing with Tom at Skycards only recently, firstly back last year when my current provider fell foul of the SKY crackdown on non UK cards. Tom got me back up and running quite quickly; some delays with the cards due to demand at the time. Always prompt albeit short email communication. Now I have upgraded to SKY Q. I have this in my UK flat and find it probably the best TV product I have ever come across. Unfortunately first box was faulty so I sent it back and within a week the replacement was here. All up and running now and very satisfied with the whole set up. I realise this set up is not cheap compared to UK subscription but this is not the UK and I am just really pleased to have now SKY Q in 3 different rooms with the additional mini boxes. I realise also setting up SKY Q can be a bit daunting because you need to get it right so if anyone is having challenges drop me a line. A very happy customer here!

Third party service that is NOT sky

I am unable to watch Skygo for three days now.I have been trying to contact them in different ways and I have yet to receive a reply. I am paying a monthly subscription and am unable to use the service. Very dissatisfied.------------------------Update:After having written this review, I received an email from the skycards team (as can be read further below)I have tried to contact "Sky" since Saturday (phone/email and chat) to solve the problem. The problems started on before then.As it turns out, I get an email from Sky this morning saying that they cannot find my customer details on their system. They are also unable to reach me on my european phone number as they do not have access. Once I finally got in touch with a Sky technician he said that watching Skygo independently in Europe is not possible. You have to have a Sky membership through which Skygo (considered a holiday service available only for +/-30 days outside of the UK or ROI) is made available. He furthermore pointed out that Sky customers only receive @sky.com email addresses when they are registered on their system as well as an ID number. Lastly, he explained that Sky only has local franchises is DE/CH/IT and AU adapting the content to the local area.In short: Obtaining any Sky membership outside of the above mentioned countries is not possible as I am currently writing. UK content cannot be watched outside of the UK or Ireland through official sky channels when registering from outside of these countries.Meanwhile I still did not receive a reply from skycards until I wrote this review. Followingly, I am being threatened that I am dishonest and should reconsider my review otherwise they consider cancelling my account!?.... PLease read my email conversation below:The response received today @1:03 PM just after I posted my first review on trustpilot: "Have you just left a very untruthful Trustpilot review? You’ve sent two emails to us both within the last half an hour. Please have a think about correcting the trustpilot with a more honest reflection of our service. Our internet team will look into the issues, Resolve them and then respond to you. Alternatively if you are unhappy with the service and would like to continue to leave the dishonest review it might be best if we cancel this down for you. Thanks Skycards.eu team"My reply @4:37 PM: "I am paying for a service that is not working. I have tried to contact you via the website as well as via email. It is advisable that you be upfront and honest with me and tell me what the problem is and how we can solve this. Your response to this makes me very uncomfortable and I hope i am dealing with honest people. Please advise on the problem and solution"In return I get @5:11 PM: "It is a very easy resolution. We just resend signals and ask you to reboot your device. We have however at this stage cancelled your account and you will not be charged any further. I’m sure you’ll find another supplier who will respond on a Sunday evening"To conclude: Skycards.eu has nothing to do with Sky.com. Hence, the various ways in which we have tried to contact "Sky".The actual Sky technicien I have spoken to this morning explained to me that this is a third party and not actual Sky. From his side he has red flagged them.I hope this review is useful in case anyone considers buying through skycards.eu. Pls verify the contact details given on sky.com and confirm where/what and how they broadcast.
