I had an issue with a website hanging due to an issue with PrestaShop - I spoke with Raya in the live chat and we were able to get the site back up and running quickly, and she was then able to check the server while I found what was causing the issue (a sendmail bug in PrestaShop). They don't offer web development support, but what they did offer was absolutely essential to being able to quickly locate and then avoid the problem from recurring. Superb!

Today, I accidentally forgot to disable autopayment, resulting in £345 being deducted from my account, which was quite alarming! I contacted support, and they resolved the refund issue right away without any hassle. The support team is always polite, incredibly helpful, and addresses any problems I have. Generally satisfactory during the first year, but pricing becomes unreasonable afterward, so be aware of that, as they won't match deals from other providers. It's unfortunate, but I suppose that's how it is here.
