We regret our purchase at skycards.eu very much. The service is moody and rude. The delivery came late and damaged. Now skycards.eu does not want to take responsibility and I should clarify that with UPS. That should have been a xmas gift! Each good company would offer help and send replacement. They do not do that. Now I must fight with a shipping company, argue and in addition to all that see, where I get a new gift from. Certainly never this company again!

Absolutly appauling service!!! order was taken on friday, i was told that it would be shipped out monday morning as there was no postal service on saturday. monday evening arrvies and ive only got and email to say everything had been completed and 200 pounds taken out of my account to which i phone them up to have some very unpolite person ( to be polite as it were ) that i would have to wait the time it took! i therefore asked if they knew when it would be shipped out, to which i got the reply " do you know what i dont need your money i have plenty of other clients so i've cancelled your order and you can now go else where" and then proceeds to hang up on me! I then phone back to get hung up on again! after the 3rd time of phoning back i ask for a refund to be told that i would be refunded within 2/3 working days and that i couldn't have even an email stating that everything had been cancelled! i mean what the actual F***?!?!?! I was hesitating going with them as a sky supplier and my instinct was right, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

First class service. I ordered a Sky Digibix, card and VPN Router, it was delivered two days later which is incredible as I live in Budapest. I had the system installed this Saturday. I was concerned nobody would be at the Skycards office at weekend. They were and I had a reply that signals had been sent. I was viewing within 30 mins of my email.My whole family are thrilled, we get all the UK TV we love plus catch-up.
