Bought two. Neither worked from the start. The glue doesn't hold overnight and the string mechanism is of a very poor design. They advertise 90 day trial and "hassle free" returns but when I asked to return them I was told I had to use for 90 days and keep a journal. Couldn't do that since they didn't work properly. So I can't return and I can't use them. And if I were to return them I am responsible for shipping to FRANCE! I question the legitimacy of all their "wonderful" reviews.
The company is not trustworthy. I ordered. Then I went looking for reviews outside their site ...none. They block comments on Facebook & blame FB. So I looked at their return policy and it is terrible - I should have looked before I bought, I know. Less than 24 hours after placing the order, I cancelled via chat on their site. The customer service rep said it was cancelled. Next day, I got a notice that it was shipped. I sent an email They responded and told me the order was shipped and I wasn't allowed to cancel. They have a policy now that no orders can be cancelled. Then I got an email today - 5 days later saying it would ship soon. I am doing a charge back on the credit card.
The adhesive doesn't work at all. The device doesn't stay in place. I emailed the company about sending it back for a refund, as was in their initial policy. Now they are saying there have been so many returns that they are requiring videos of your sleep etc. I'll post what they said below. They have changed their requirements to get a refund! The return address is located in France.^^^^None of this was part of their return policy, when I purchased the item. Stay clear of this sham.
I ordered two of these and they didn't work. After several months of trying to get a refund the company sent me an email saying they would refund 75% of my money, but they haven't and it's been two months now and they won't respond to my emails anymore.
This little perfectly device has had a big impact on our sleep. My husband snores and has sleep apnea. He has not been able to tolerate the cpap or bipap. Sleep ease has diminished his snoring to almost nothing and significantly decreased his apnea. What a great product! So glad I took a chance and ordered it. We use an alcohol swab to clean the skin before applying the patch to make sure it adheres well.
Beware. I got scammed by this company. I ordered two devices 9 weeks ago and quickly received a link to a tracking number that continually returned an error message. I was never able to track, which seemed suspicious. Within a few days, my credit card was used to make multiple fraudulent purchases on Chinese websites. I never received my devices and now the website is gone.
