Requested and received a refund (which I'm grateful for!), but the company is really fishy.
I ordered the SleepEase for my husband, but he didn't want to try it at all, so I reached out to the email address on the receipt requesting a refund.
I never received an email reply, but they did refund the full amount. The company name was listed as "E-Mastery" under the merchant category of "Men's and Boys' Clothing and Accessories Store".
This service is incredibly frustrating! It feels like a total scam! When I first placed my order, the delivery service they selected failed to deliver it correctly, despite my hour-long phone call on a Sunday where I explained my address in detail. When I finally tried the product, it didn’t work for me at all. Their website claims you can return the item within 100 days. However, after a few attempts, I realized it wasn’t suitable and tried to reach out. It took numerous emails to the support team before I received a response. When they finally got back to me, they insisted I needed to use the product for at least 30 days. After that period, I emailed again multiple times, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund. They then informed me I needed to use it for 90 days to qualify for a return. Now, more than 90 days have passed, and I still can’t get any response from Customer Service! This is definitely not a service that honors their promises or stands by their product! I do not recommend this product or working with this service at all! They are truly untrustworthy!
This company is absolutely terrible! It seems like it’s actually a scam! When I first ordered the product, the delivery company that they chose could not even get it to the proper door even though I spent an hour on the phone with them on a Sunday in two separate phone to describe exactly how to get to my exact address.Then, as I tried the product, it did not work for me. On their website, they say that you have the ability to return the sleepease 2.0 within 100 days. Right away after a few times I realize that it is not working for me and try to contact the company. It took many emails to Customer Service before anybody actually responded at all! Once they finally responded, they said that I had to try the product for at least 30 days. After 30 days I reached out again with many emails to tell them I was still unhappy with the product and wanted to return it for a refund. Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to use it for 90 days in order to get a refund. Now it has been more than 90 days and once again, I cannot get Customer Service to respond at all! This is definitely not a company that stands by their product or their word! I would not recommend product! I would not recommend working with this company! They are complete scam artists!
I ordered 20 extra patches, they never came even though it says delivered. I messaged customer support and they told me to reach out to USPS. Reached out to to USPS and there is nothing they can do. Circled back to customer service and now I get no responses. (I had shipment protection also) Furthermore, The adhesive on the pads cause skin irritation after day 3, and I can't get a response back to send back the device for a supposedly covered refund. I personally would stay far away from this company because of you start asking for money back or to fix what they didn't send, you get ghosted. And it's not a cheap order to get ghosted on. I will say they do not stand on shipment protection, or 90 day money back guarantee.
Shame I can’t rate this product below zero, this is the biggest shiit I ever bought online, I suffer from sleep apnea and the first night almost got suffocated by this shiitt, plus I paid over €30 just to learn later that in America people are buying this stuppid device for Pennies!! Don’t buy it never buy this crrap!!
Never shipped. I paid extra for "Priority Order" when I ordered 16 days ago. Reached out to support at sleepease-us.com via email. I got a auto reply saying they got my email and "We'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday." That was 6 days ago. I just want my money back now, but can't get a reply. Order #9137
I think this is a scam. Sounded too good to be true. Ordered 10th October and heard nothing since my initial receipt. Have chased on numerous occasions with no response and now having to pursue my money back via my Credit Card company. Extremely disappointed.
