We couldn’t recommend sleeping bunnies more! Kelly was so amazing! I was struggling to step away from feeding my 13m baby to sleep for naps and bedtime. I would also need to rock and pat her for all naps. She was waking up 1 to 2 times a night for feeds too. I felt like without help I would never be able to get others to help with naps or bedtimes. I was extremely anxious over the process but I really didn’t need to be… We now have a baby who sleeps through the night. Settles herself for all naps and to go to bed. She also doesn’t rely on any milk to get to sleep as we didn’t want to use a bottle as she’s over 1. It’s been truly amazing to see what our baby was actually capable off, once we had the right techniques that Kelly gave us! Only wish we had started with her sooner! Thanks again :)
Our 15 month old was not sleeping well. Hourly wake ups, and refusal to sleep unless he was in our bed.We contacted Sleeping Bunnies on the recommendation of a friend who had used them.Placed with Karlie, our initial zoom consultation made us feel really relaxed and hopeful. After tweaking his naps the next day, we saw instant improvement.With regular contact, and following the advice Karlie provided, we now have a little boy who sleeps through the night and has to be woken up in the morning!
Truly life changing! I was extremely fortunate to be able to have the support from sleeping bunnies when my daughter was 8 months old. Fast forward 7 months and include lots of illnesses and some family losses I had slipped back into our old ways and felt like I was experiencing the newborn stage with a 15 month old baby. I had hit rock bottom and didn’t know which way to turn. At most I was getting two hours stretches of sleep. Isla had started a new nursery and things had to change. Therefore I got in touch with Anna and Karlie and together they put together a plan and gave me the confidence that I needed to change our sleeping and feeding habits. Now Isla sleeps through the night, yes you read that right! She has daytime naps which are regular and consistent every day. I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and my mental health has rapidly improved. I can’t thank the sleeping bunnies team enough. I first met Anna around 4 years ago when our first son at 10months old wasn't sleeping, having to be rocked, cuddled and just about everything in-between to get him to sleep, only to have to repeat this process over and over again. With some guidance and a plan from Anna our son was settling himself to sleep in his cot having 2 hour naps (heaven). Now 4years old and he loves his bed and a good 11/12 hours of sleep every night, so when I was pregnant with our 2nd son, I contacted Anna to prevent any previous mistakes happening again. Anna took the time to go through what I needed to do within the first 12weeks of my sons life, I followed her advice and my 11 week old our son was able to settle himself to sleep on his own in his crib (amazing) he is now 4.5months old and goes down for every nap, and bedtime happy and content which is just wonderful. I couldn't recommend sleeping bunnies enough, they have been my saviour for over 4 years now with both my children and I'm so glad I found them.
We approached Sleeping Bunnies as our 8 month old will soon be going to nursery and we needed support to improve her sleeping habits. We had always contact napped, co-slept and pretty much consistently breastfed to sleep, which we knew we needed to stop.I’ll admit I had been sceptical as to whether paying for a sleep consultant would be worth it. We’d tried a few different methods prior to speaking to Sleeping Bunnies, but nothing was working and we were losing hope with time running out. We first spoke to Rosy who was absolutely brilliant; so friendly, patient and knowledgable - we immediately felt we were in good hands.Rosy gave us so much support, frequently contacting us to see how we were getting on and making a few tweaks to our plan when needed. We also received incredible support from Anna, and despite us not having had the initial consultation together, she picked up from Rosy as if we had been speaking the whole time. Anna was really attentive and continued the brilliant service we’d been used to from Rosy. Despite reading the reviews before booking our consultation, I still didn’t believe this would happen for us. However, we now have a baby who mostly sleeps through the night and naps really well in her own cot!Every baby is different and so a blanket approach won’t always work. Sleeping Bunnies worked so hard to understand our specific situation, support us every step of the way and provide us with the knowledge we needed to continue our good sleep into the future. Worth every penny!
Rosy is a superhero! My little one was having false starts every evening and not going down for naps easily at all, then Rosy came along and shared her wisdom and slowly but surely sleep improved massively!!! She now falls asleep in her cot every night at 7ish and has at least 10-11 hours solid sleep, with two cot naps in the day too. Thanks so much Rosy, you’re amazing ❤️
Kelly was absolutely fantastic throughout our experience. We started sleep training a little early (about 4 months) and Lowen was going through a sleep regression. She was super patient with us and when we paused the package due to a long term medical condition of mine, she was super understanding. Kelly managed to get Lowen from waking up about 4/5 times a night to using structured feeds and no wake ups. Lowen is now sleeping through and understands how to self settle. Daytime naps are a breeze and I can get stuff done while he is asleep!Thank you sleeping bunnies but THANK YOU Kelly!
Karlie at Sleeping Bunnies helped us enormously with our almost two year old son's sleep. Before our support started, our son was always hand held or breast fed to sleep. Bedtime would take up to an hour and then he'd be up a few times in the night. We were desperate but given we'd tried various methods before we wondered if we were a lost cause… Cue Sleeping Bunnies. I booked in for the 121 support and had a very thorough 2 hour consultation with Karlie. Then came an action plan which we started to implement immediately. We went with a 'gradual retreat' method which took some time but felt best for us. It's not an easy process but with 2x weekly check ins for up to 4 weeks and several follow up calls we kept on track. There were a few tweaks to timings along the way as we worked out what was best. We certainly would have given up sooner had it not been for these check ins, and Karlie's friendly reassurance that it would gradually fall in to place with consistently good structure and retreating out of the room. The advice was personalised - with the child as the focus, but also sensitive to the emotions of you as parents which I appreciated. And most importantly, it worked!! We now have a boy who happily goes in to his cot at bedtime, drifts off to sleep singing and sleeps the night through. Thank you Karlie.
WOW just WOW! I can’t believe I’m finally sat here writing a review, after spending months considering getting sleep support and researching all the different companies and reading multiple reviews, we decided to take the plunge and invest our time and money in Sleeping Bunnies. I’m so glad we did. Our 3 year old now sleeps beautifully though the night and has a calm and happy bedtime which we ALL can enjoy. The change in his behaviour has been incredible, a reduction in meltdowns, improved engagement and ability to play and quite simply a far happier child in general. Having worked with Rosy at Sleeping Bunnies I truly believe that sleep support isn’t hugely different from having a personal trainer. They are the expert, they have the knowledge to know what to change, how to change it and why to achieve the intended results, the only difference is having tired, stressed and sometimes anxious new parents as clients. It does take commitment and dedication but ultimately an ability to trust the process, which we did. We asked Sleeping Bunnies for help after an international move completely unsettled our baby’s sleep. She was 4mo when we arrived back in the U.K. and after surviving for 2 months on very little sleep we bought a 1 to 1 consultation. We really struggled with the decision but hourly wake ups, contact napping and co-sleeping were no longer sustainable for us.
