I have been playing this game for a while now and thought it was on the up and up, boy was I wrong. I built up my winnings, got banking qualifications taken care of and when I tried to cash some out I was told there was only $100 dollars I could cash out because of a bonus I don't even remember using from free spins after you deposit and anything over the 100 would be lost. So I continued to play but kept winning. So I decided to cash out the$100 and start again no bonus for sure and now I'm told it's min $150 cash out when apparently the bonus is min $100.. Does not even make sense. Next they tell me I need to use crypto, not my bank transfer. So next I downloaded a real casino that's an hour away from me that's now online. I think most bad reviews are from people who don't understand the terms with promotions. It's all there available and before taking the promotion you should read the terms first. You can play without promotions and you don't have those same terms. The games are all fun haven't had any issues yet.
I had won over $1000. They wouldn't let me withdraw for weeks, then when they did, they said because I had taken a 25 free spin promotion, I had to have withdrawn when I reached 100 because if I try to withdraw any more than that I will forfeit my winnings! This online gaming is confusing and misleading in my experience. The withdraws for payout are not favorable. The customer service person even admitted that lots of people complain about the efforts to withdraw your money. I would strongly suggest people do their research on this company before depositing and providing any of your personal information. They are also operated off shores which adds to another layer of fighting for your money. Horrible payout!!! A $1 bet, I won this stupid free game, then I won $5.50 WOW!!! Just WOW! These scammers won't even let you enjoy a good bonus.
