While the games are fun, EVERY bank card used was eventually hacked. So whoever they're sharing my info with when they take my deposit attempts theft from that card/bank. They deny it, but I used a card only there and sure enough, a few days after initial withdrawal, a fraudulent charge was made to that card under a different company name than they game me at time of deposit. SCAM
I tried to withdraw funds and sent required documentation. Each time I would receive a response about documents not legible even after making changes. This casino page does not refund your winnings or refund what you deposit. I hope customers read all reviews and think twice before using the slotsandcasino app, it does NOT refund any winnings or deposits.
I have to say that I did read their reviews and was disappointed. The time it took to validate my account was a week. But I got paid out, first time took a minute, but after that it was quick. The communication was in a timely manner.
I won some money and tried to withdraw. I got an error message so I contacted customer service and was told I had to wait a few days. I said ok cool, I'll just let it sit there and don't play. Checked the balace again today and the money I won was gone, balance at zero. According to there sight someone or something was playing all last night and all day today. It was being played the same time I was chatting with customer service. All money that was won was just gone and they have no explanation.

I would make note of these games that they wouldn’t want me to play as they obviously tell me that these are games where you have more odds at winning, that that would only mean I would have to then make another deposit which at this point In so turned off by all their nasty rules. Now let’s say in the event I do happen to somehow miraculously beat their $14995.00 wagering requirement, the rule in this promotion is a real knee slapper. The maximum withdrawal limit is $100.00 yes it’s one hundred dollars, that is whatever winnings you get that exceed this limit are then forfeited. So let’s say in the insanely rare lucky chance you hit a bit grand jackpot of $30,000 you’re only going to be awarded $100.00 and the remainder of those winnings is then forfeited since you started playing with a 20 free spins promotion. Next thing that bothers me is statement posted towards the bottom of their website within the rewards section. It reads:SKILLED PLAYERSPlayers who have been identified as “skilled”, that is, adept enough at casino gameplay as to not need bonus money to regularly win, will notified of this status and ineligible for bonuses, therefore not able to claim any bonus-related perks associated with the mySlotsandCasino Rewards program. That said, Skilled Players may still achieve High Roller status and may have custom bonus programs built for them at the discretion of their VIP Host.So if you’re somebody that starts to win, you’re then labeled as a skilled player which makes them ineligible for bonus play. This is just another of a full and full of things that make me cringe. I also read somewhere in their rewards or promo section I can’t remember where. But you’re encouraged can even be awarded free slots spins or chips for reversing a withdrawal. They’re bribing folks to cancel/or reverse withdrawals. Do I need to say much more to convince you to not play at slotsandcasino,ag? All of that makes no difference once you put these players in some kind of 'disabled/prohibited" players list. None of these players know shit about how it works. The only reason why im putting this on blast...because the people that work for AG casino dont know why my "withdrawable amount is available. It is available because of the money that i have spent. They think that i have to same coin in my bank roll to collect. There nothing in the rules stating that my money has to equal the amount i want withdrawn. Example: going to an actual casino playing with a players card earns you points. When points accumulate, like mine did, you get $28 that you can redeem. You dont have to have money in your machine , equal to the withdrawable amount. Reason why: the withdrawable amount (its the available amount) is the amount coming from the points being earned using the money. I literally wasted my time trying to get a worker to realize what they couldnt understand. So stupid!! Why would i have to have a balance equal to the balance of my withdrawable amount? These people are really stupid!!
Scam. They don't even deserve one star. They have no problem depositing your money, try getting your winnings. It took a long time to get verified with my identification at least a month. They said the were going to send me a check if my winnings. I haven't received it. I emailed them over and over; they reassured me it was coming. Not true, scam. Their logo is not even theirs. Save your money and time, its a scam!
I already posted a couple times before about trying to get verified so I can withdraw winnings. I did after many weeks FINALLY get verified by Slots & Casino. BUT, when I entered my bank details and tried to withdraw, it said it was rejected, and to contact customer service (which there really isn't any). So I emailed them again and asked why my withdrawal was rejected. I got the same "3 day" canned response. That was over a week ago. My bank info was all correct, so makes no sense. Honestly I just want money back so I can call this a bad learning curve and never deal with them again.
