*quick update, they eventually canceled my initial deposit, though it took a little "convincing" to make it happen. I still feel they are deceptive and scammers, but just being honest. I got in a hurry and saw an Instagram ad for my local casino. Like an idiot, I installed it, even ignored the warnings my phone was giving me. Deposited $50 (thank God for Privacy.com), and I know it's basically gone. Privacy.com will allow me to dispute it once it's cleared, but either way, slimy shady lowlife inbreds running IG ads disguised as brand name casinos.
My husband sent me the link for this because they used our local casino as the name for the app. Once downloaded and money deposited (which they were quick to take), I verified email and did all the steps mentioned. I won and tried to withdraw my winnings and just be done but once I put in all my bank info it was rejected. Now I am worried my account will be hacked. I contacted their chat and told them to close my account and they said I still had free spins and money on it, they told me to use the free spins and then contact they again. I am not a happy camper, I just don't want my bank account hacked. Has anyone had them actually take money from their account?
I was tricked into signing up because it pretended to be my casino that I go to. I deposited money. Eventually I won't and decided to withdraw to be sure the site was legit. Well it's not. They made me email them so many things that is concerning because of security risks. I did it anyway, a week ago. Never heard anything back. Tried chatting with them and help says I have to wait for an email after they review and verify me! Sure didn't worry about that while taking my money! Still haven't gotten any emails and No money! Fraud! THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW IS NOT TRUE. I have played on other casino sites. Being verified is done when you sign up and add money to play. Getting paid is not weeks long progress and they also don't trick and manipulate you into having to play thousands before you are allowed to withdraw a few hundred of your winnings. There are a lot of online casinos out there, with no lying about who they are and no tricks. I advise you play with them and leave these guys go under.
100% Scam. Like someone mentioned here, they lured me in using a different casino's name on Instagram. I signed up thinking it was Yamava.I deposited $50, they gave me my bonus and I played through their playthrough requirements doing slots and blackjack (bj counts towards requirement but only 10% of your wager counts towards).Tried to withdraw $900 and they finally responded via email saying I abused their bonus system and said some made up clause they I violated. I simply just played and gambled lol.I took screenshots of everything. Everything online says they are an offshore casino, no regulations, dont even know if they are real or licensed. Lesson learned.Do not give these guys your money. If someone starts a lawsuit I will gladly submit my evidence.
I am VERY disappointed in the amount of time it is taking to redeem winnings on this site. My withdrawl was approved a month ago and I am still having to email, chat and otherwise remind this "casino" that I am still owed my money. This is one of the only remaining sites that has a minimum 25$ deposit and beware accepting any bonus money as you will more than likely have to "play it through" hundreds of times. This is to almost ensure that you will not come out ahead. It is too bad, because by fixing these issues the site could be amazing. It really does have an excellent array of slots, table games, live games and video poker. But I would definitely not give them any more of my money.
I am writing this review because I am very disappointed with the quality of security when you use the credit cards in this website. I have been hacked my entire credit card accounts used in this website. It’s the only place that I used and they sweeps all my money including a withdrawal that I made from the casino.
Looked on Facebook and it said it was a casino in Louisiana that I've been to already. Played won ans tried to withdrawal when I discovered I had to make a total of 1000 dollars before I could cash out. I requested my payout of 1100 dollars sent all the information required. The withdrawal was approved on 5/13/25 according to the agent tjat I was emailing.Had a chat session 5/17/25 who said my payout was sent to the processor and gave me a payout ID number. Still no deposit Today 5/24/25 I spoke with another agent who said it's pending I can check in my history to view the process. All I can see is what I have played. Once you ask any legal questions they send you to the survey. Is this a scam, should this site be reported to someone? Has any body gotten paid, where's my money?
If I can give them 0 stars I would. I downloaded this game and started playing. I won over $300 when I tried to request my money they would not send it to me. I’ve played several casino games and had no issue with receiving my money, but this game site is ridiculous. I filled in all my information and it keeps saying that it’s an error. I went on the Facebook Website to see if anyone else had have the same issues and they have, it’s an ongoing issue with this company do not Play this game or download this app. They’re a scam. I am going to try and reach out to customer service but I’m done with this game. They’re not taking any more of my money if they don’t want to pay.
