This company is luring people to their site under false pretenses by using the logos of real casinos and making it appear as if that is who they are. It is a huge scam!! Please do not deposit money on this site as you will not win and they are not who they say they are. Well I would like the money that I'm owed it was so quick to take the money out of my account $25 and I do all that play through to work all that money up and for this to be sitting here no garbage that's this place is garbage scam.
Edit...5-28-25 well I stand corrected. I was actually paid my Bitcoin winnings of $365 USD. For those wondering you need to email in your id verification. It's your license front and back and you with it and then a recent bill. What they don't say is they need to be under 2mb each and might need to be emailed separate. You will get an email back saying they are reviewing it. Once I sent them in correct format I was approved that night and paid by 10am next day. I don't know if this is a scam site or just really poorly run. I have been requesting a payout since May 11th. I sent required documents but no way to see it's status or even if they are being reviewed. I request Bitcoin payment and it says it's requested but no other feedback. All attempts to talk to real person via email or any other form have gone unanswered.
If you win at all you will get paid. Takes a while but you'll get paid. But after that your a "skilled player" according to them. So unlike every other casino out there, they use this as an excuse to give you nothing. I mean nothing in the form of comp points, cashback or promotions. There is too many online casinos that are great and offer all kinds of benefits for playing their casino. Avoid this one! Play anywhere else.
I have won a couple of time. Twice over 5000.00. Both time I cashed out the max, which is 2500.00. First time I requested a check. It took a almost 2 months and that was my fault because I needed to send them more info. Contacted Slots and Casino and they were able to walk me through it. The next Cash out I use bitcoin. After send them all the info and them walking me through everything. I had my money in three days. Used my wallet to transfer to my checking account. It was easy. The only negative is after winning the last 5000.00. My winning has come to a stop. Almost like they flipped a switch and shoot me down. I'll keep trying for a little while but so far I'm ahead of game.
I made a recent negative review because they did not honor my winnings i won from a promotion. They did an audit and overturned their mistake. I told them I would leave a positive review so here it is. They paid me the full $345 that I won. Thanks for fixing the mistake
Honestly thought it was a scam at first when I deposited the money because the charge was really weird but deposited $30 got $120 to play with was winning and losing a lot I thought it was bs bc how much I started winning by switching to different slots and what not I was up about $2500 that same night I I went to withdraw my winnings then I found out about how much I needed to game to redeem it was about 8k I think I kept gambling and winning and losing I honestly thought I was a scam bc I needed to bet so much the next day I was up about 4k I tried to redeem it again and it stayed as pending so I contacted support they said I need to verify my account with my ID and me holding it as well as a piece of mail I was reluctant to do so then I hit the live casino playing blackjack and roulette just playing how ever bc I didn’t think it was really my money I thought it was just in game money and I’m tipping dealers and what not and they’re happy then I was talking to my dealer and he’s like nah bro it’s real money so I trusted him and went to verify myself also I blew all those winnings I had besides the 2500 I had saved for my withdrawal so I verify myself Sunday April 27th get verified email Monday then transfer is pending I did to crypto bc I wasn’t giving them my accounting and routing number for my bank that was too much for me so I did crypto got my money today Friday may 2nd to my crypto wallet transferred it to coin base and now it’s in my bank account I was really really worried this app was a scam but trust me it’s not !!!!!!!!
