I am in the same boat like everyone else. I deposited in August - September. I won. I have yet get my winnings. Every time they come with some thing new. I have submitted bank statements, I have submitted my drivers license. I have submitted a selfie holding my license. The first deposit I made I used card. That card was hacked. I told Slots and Casinos and explained this to them. They keep sending me back rejects, are insisting for a copy of front and back of the card I do not have any longer. Since I have made other deposits with a virtual card. Clearly states its my card. But they are insisting I submit a copy of the card that is no longer in existence. I have submitted so much personal things. I would think that a picture of my licenses that matches my address with bank account information, a selfie holding my license, my bank statements exposed with all my transactions would have been more than enough. Instead they accused me of "editing" my bank statement. Are you f'ing kidding me? The lady who wrote a good review. I don't believe she is human, she must be an AI or something. I am going to keep trying to get my winnings submitting everything they ask for, lets see how long I can keep doing this without losing my mind. If I get my winnings. I will eat my words and write a great review. But I am not holding my breath.
This must be borderline illegal. I deposited some money to play and I can't even get my original deposit withdrawn. Pretty sure that's stealing. I was told I have to bet 100k worth of betting before I can withdraw my original amount. Not only that, and this blows my mind. If I happened to win some huge payout, you might want to sit down for this. The maximum withdraw amount was something like 2500$...... Insane.
Got my winnings up to $20,000 and sent ID and they said I was verified and eligible for withdrawals. Tried withdrawing several different amounts from $500 up to $2500 max and got rejected every time 🤬 Tried bank transfer and courier check and was rejected on both 🤬 Total SCAM 🤬
This casino is a scam. The promotions had “wager requirements” of 30x to 40x the initial deposit with the bonus. I discovered that the “kaboom” game was giving double progress towards this wager requirement so I played low stakes kaboom. I turned ~$350 into $1000, I went to cash out and they banned my account and said I commuted “bones misuse”. I guarantee you if a game was giving less than it was supposed to, they’d have no problem with you losing. They will steal your money. Avoid at all costs.
