I've spent the last two weeks trying to get them to honor the welcome package that they offered from the first day it gave me the 300 % of my deposit but I was supposed to get 30 free spins also they never gave me even one free spins when I contacted customer support they argued with me for over an hour that I had multiple accounts with in my household and when I tried to explain their was no one else in my household and to delete any other accounts in my name they said that they couldn't delete my account and even after I called back or vot in touch with them the second time they said that they where passing it on to their survivors and that they would contact me via email and I havent heard a word from them yet
At first, I was a little skeptical because I was loaded in by an advertisement that showed another casino. After downloading the app and making a deposit I actually did pretty well right away. The verification process took about a week and was partially my fault but I have been playing this since September. I was skeptical at first I added 35 and got a hit of a little over 500 I said let me cash this out so I did the wire transfer and it told me I had the send a email with photo identification and a piece of mail or utility bill I did that and after I sent my utility bill it said in ww verified told me it could take about 5-13 days to receive I thought I wasn’t going to get it but it hit my account today after about 7 days I have no complaints
I am.Responding to slots and casinos response. They suggest I use chat which I did it's a bot. Huge SCAM.I DID JUST 100.00 not much but enough..they tell me I have to gamble 12000.00 before I can withdraw anything. And when you do withdraw it will cost you almost 52 per transaction .there rep said they are no scam.i am here to tell you.THEY LIE.
I want to thank everyone for their honest reviews. Glad that I read them prior to making any deposits. I knew it was too good to be true when I kept winning. Also seems suspicious when a site wants you to make a deposit in order to take a withdrawal. It’s also suspicious that they do not offer free game play with coins.

I made a 250$ deposit, relieved a bonus with it requiring me to play almost $30,000. Ironically I went up to 8000 should've cashed it all in, but only allowed 2500@ a time. I requested the pay out on 3/31/25. I finally received the pay out today 4/22/25. But I did have my credit card info stolen when I used the card on their site. So I did x10 my money and got paid out. Yay. I was starting to think I fell for a scam.
