Scam I won $500 a month ago and I keep checking my withdrawal. All it says is pending wire transfer. What wire transfer stays pinning for a whole month. Every time I get ahold of them all they say is, oh it hasn't been 15 days. Please give it time. I got 2 more days to us, the 15th day. And multiple times I've asked him, what happens when I still don't have my money in my account on the 15th. They can't answer me. All they say is the same thing over and over. Please. Allow 15 days. Please allow 15 days international transfers. They take longer, no wire transfer takes even close to 15 days. Doesn't matter where you are, you could be on the other side of the world.! ☆ don't play huge scam.I don't know if anyone has even got their money from there winning yet .. and that's why they're review rate is the lowest of the low read, a bunch of reviews, and everyone has the same problem, so take it from us. If I could rate this site 0* I would. They are hands down the worst site ever. I sent the requested documents to get verified. Well, they said the bill was out of date. Then they wanted my ID next to my face. I sent these. A month went by, I was told 3-5 business days. Well they escalated it today, and I was told the PDF files I provided need to be PDF files and original. I of course only got this far by coming unglued on customer service. They also require a $1000 playthrough on a $25 deposit because they give you $100 to play with. This is insane by every definition. So I then went and contacted support again asking to file a complaint as it's been a month and I get told I didn't upload the original PDFs. She asked the nature of my complaint, and I let her know how I felt. I have also filed a complaint with casino.org today as this is just ridiculous. She assured me that I would be contacted by someone within 3-5 business days. I asked "Okay great, so I can expect a response in a month when I reach out to YOU?" If you want the truth? Avoid them, and report them to casino.org. This site is terrible and they won't file your complaint. They give you an email address to send it to.
I deposited 25.oo it was easy but I won now I'm catching the devil trying too withdraw, I put all my information in and it keeps rejecting it now I feel it's a big scam because they said contact customer service but I can't get a phone number and I've played online games before and won and all I had to do was hit withdraw and how much and it was done, here it's a waiting period and a fee but it won't no waiting fee when you took my deposit!!😡😡😡
I actually am a professional gambler and I knew to read reviews before but was sent the link thru another site so I would spend a $25 here and there I never use bonuses so I can cash out whenever and they are telling me they need all this stuff no site needs to cash out $530 dollars! It was easy to deposit$ so I liked the site but if you can’t get your money it’s just theft by deception. Which is stupid because you would make way more paying people. I cashed out $4,500 on online casinos this month not counting sports betting and deposited $9,140 this month so do the math. Always bet small sums to make sure the site pays. BetOnline is sketchy but at least they pay you out. I use 6 different sites for games of chance and 1 for sports betting NONE ask for anything more than ID. I’m guessing I’ll never see my $500.
I would give this casino zero stars. I was trying to cash out $2,000 and got told because I use bonus money I could only catch up 250. Then I never got the 250 but I sure as hell got the runaround. This is an edit. You guys are full of it! You guys have nothing but excuses!!!!
I wish I had done my review before playing this game. I've request a withdrawal of $500 since last Saturday and I'm still waiting. I haven't gotten any email from about my withdrawal request and trying to speak to someone is useless. The spin you in circles saying it takes 5-15 business days. I'm now being told by an agent to I didn't verify my identity. When I did the withdrawal it said they would email me if the needed me to verify my identity. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM. DON'T INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO THIS BULLSHIT. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND WHOEVER ELSE I NEED TO. THEY NEED TO STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. Do not download. They have you deposit money with your bank.card, but will only let you withdraw to a bitcoin acct. If you don't have one then you can only get your money out if it's over $153 and then they charge you $53 to send a check. You can do wire transfer if you have $153. And it's over $100 to have it wired. They are a total ripoff company. Stay away if you don't want your money stolen.
