There bonus money is a scam

There bonus money is a scam, I deposited $500 for 75% bonus which was $375, I got all the way up to 2300 and it was under bonus money, for me to withdraw it i had to get 11250 points I was roughly around 5000 points, each spin gives about 10 points depending on your spin bet, so there was no way I was able to take my winnings, I would have to add more money to get the points! This is very shady tactics. Other slot sites don't do this

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service, autobot is basically useless and cannot speak to an adviser. Will take your funds and then tell you you can't use them when deposited until you send in documents, which they deny getting!
