Probably the worst site I have ever come across and the worst customer service I have encountered. They are refusing to let me withdraw my winnings because of some bonus I didn’t even opt in for. To make matters worse the site clearly says the bonus is still in tact and that my real balance is £461. Furthermore, the wagering amount is criminal so it’s really a lose lose situation. A dreadful scamming site and I’ve reported them to resolver. Everyone should spread the word about this awful site and all its partners.
Why is no one responding to my request to cancel an active bonus that I don’t want/have not used?I cannot withdraw as keep getting an error message. Every time I spend the money won goes into the bonus funds. I just want out and to walk away with my cash deposit. I am fully verified and just want to withdraw my cash balance. I don’t want the welcome bonus but it didn’t give me the opportunity to say no.
i won £250 from a £20 deposit and its been two weeks since i withdrawn and i havent got my money, they ask me to upload document and i uploaded more then enough proof to prove who i was and still they keep asking for more proof, i feel like they arent gunn pay me my winnings and the live chat takes like a week to respond
I deposited fri it is now Monday and I have not been able to play because one of there idiot customer service put my account on restriction due to accidently depositing more than I wanted but I've withdrawn the extra I didn't want to deposit and it is now Monday night no one will answer me and if they do they don't respond to what my message ask them its like they don't know how to read just assume I have sent a hundred email and chat messages since yesterday morning since I've been fully verified and the problem.was resolved and nobody will take the hold off my account that should have never been put there. One lady sends message back saying your 100 dollar winnings have been approved for withdrawal take a breather from your winnings and someone will get back to ya. I didn't win anything I didn't even play yet that was my money I deposited. They just don't care they're ignorant im done I want my account off hold to play my 20 o left in there and then never again. Slots magic fix my account I will delete this
Withdrawals take far to long. I am on day 5 now, waiting for a small payment of £150. They have lied to me, saying the funds were transferred and the problem must be with my bank. I phoned my bank and nothing has been sent. The customer service is terrible. Live chat do not respond until the next day and you then get a standard robotic reply saying you have to wait 7 full working days before they will investigate further. So that means I now have to wait over 2 weeks before they will even look into the matter. There terms and conditions state winnings will be back into my bank within 11 hours!I feel very angry.
