Another scamming disgusting company I really honestly don’t know how they get away with this how they sleep in there bed please stay away from this company you CANNOT WIN it’s impossible they take everything if I could give them no stars I would utter scum
Opened an account deposited £40 and was asked to verify my account, I uploaded a copy of my passport and took a selfie but for some reason this did not pass the test, so I sent it for review. I have also messaged the support team and as yet I have heard nothing from them and my £40 deposit has basically been stolen. These sort of sites should not be allowed to operate with such a sill system of identification in place and for anyone signing up be sure you try any verification before you even think of depositing cos who know when you will be able to get your money back. I have given them 1 star for this reason, as for the games on this site they look ok but as I can't play any of them 1 star it is.
One of the worst gambling sites and has many others with different names which is skillonnet so be aware!! However most of the time hard to get free spins or win also you need to provide all documents including statements cards earnings basically all your information so be careful not uk based!! Can’t update card details once you registered and no customer support mostly chat bot!!
World class???? Not by a country mile! Utter rubbish, poorly supported in terms of server capacity and staff! You deposit, play, obtain bonuses, then get logged out with nothing showing in your balance! Then cannot log back in! Feels like a con site to me. I won in live games 2 days ago 42.70 gbp and i have evidence the picture with game history they refuse to pay it and even answer 1 time every 3 days they dont even check now today it happened again i won just 9.80 gbp same roberry they havent pay me and now i have to stay on emails for both winings as live agents say they cannot help with this stay away guys
I should have read the reviews first. The runaround given for a measly $600 and yet they verified my ID and my bank card but my bank statements are blurry, excuse after excuse. I reported them to the MGC Malta Gaming Commission as that who they got their gambling license from, as they just keep giving prerecorded responses and no clarification on what and how it is bluey when it is a screenshot from my phone. They don’t help at all, just copy-paste scripted responses, go in circles, and abruptly close the chat when you push for real answers. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.The withdrawal process is clearly designed to stall or block your money. They drag verification endlessly and give no timelines or real support. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to keep your winnings.If they don’t approve my withdrawal, I will report them to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
