I won some money. I did withdrawal process and when I went to check on the pending status all my winnings were completely gone. And an error page kept popping up. I pretty much got ripped off for almost 3grand . And also I noticed when I was playing I'd win and my winnings were not even credited to my account and it is impossible to contact anyone real to address any concerns. This is the absolute worst casino ever. It's a scam RIP off joke . Dont waste your money playing here !!!

I've tried multiple withdrawals over the last week including all documents to verify me with NO LUCK. The clear sign to stay away is that fact that the support chat is a useless bot that never solves ur problem or transfers u to a live agent bc there is no live agents on scam casinos. They do NOT pay out withdrawals and you would be lucky to ever get an email from support that will help in anyway. You must be verified to make a deposit but then as soon as try to make a withdrawal, u are no longer verified and nothing including a DNA sample you give them will ever verify you. You can send any and every document you own for proof of identity and only if your making deposits, is it good enough bc the second u wanna withdrawal, it ain't happening. DO NOT DEPOSIT A SINGLE DOLLAR TO THIS SCAM CASINO LICENSED BY i.Gaming bc the license is given to any scam casino willing to pay the licensing fee.
Christopher who is a manager and the entire staff are scam artists. I deposited 100$ and got a 100$ bonus. I used up the entire 200$. I then deposited 75$ and won 600$ and now they claim that the win was using an 18cents bonus. THEY STOLE 600$ from me. This place is a scam. Do not spend a penny here. I am not a bitter loser, I won and these people are the most disgusting in the business. I will report them and you all should to. We need to close these scammers up.
Disgusting site. $5000 pending for over 10 days now. Just tried to withdraw another $5000 and suddenly my real balance went to zero. I had cancelled my two active bonuses just before so I could complete the withdraw. Though I wasn’t really sure what I was doingNever, ever use this site. So disheartening to get a big win and then you can’t get your money and your balance magically goes from $5998 to $0.00. Live chat is about that is useless and no live person to help. Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs worst casino ever. They have a live chat, which is just a bot that says they will get back to you in 6 hours, they never do. customer service non existent. try to withdraw but says needs documents, but doesn't tell you which documents. a scam that should be shut down. do not under any circumstances deposit on any of their sites, slotsmagic, genting, playmillions, do your research and avoid them all.0 stars would be better
Canceled my winning for bonus rule violations. Won't explain why, Won't refund any money I had deposited. Email to support on website was invalid? Found correct email and they refuse to reply. Online supprt refuses to reply. These people are criminals.
