You can't ever get your money out .they are crooks .I wouldn't even rate it 1 star .also they lost my game progress on a game that guarantees a big payout when,or if you hit the bonus feature, after I spent 500 pounds unlocking all the keys .what a swindle .they haven't even responded to my complaint .I now got my money out .had an agent who actually knew what he was doing .and my money was in my bank inside 2 hours .but all in all their agents are useless .but at least they paid me.
Good variety of games. However they seem to have a big issue with withdrawals. Over years and dozens of sites i played my withdrawals are 90% instant or with 30 minutes wait time max. It is really awkward considering they have too many sister websites and their cash flow should be fine.
